Personal Sexual Enrichment /Education Weekend
PSEE is a self-help program that will help men and women to open up to all the possibilities of sexuality; enhance their senses; and achieve joy, pleasure and freedom to feel. You will be equipped to make decisions regarding your sexuality and to have a more comfortable feeling about your total sexual self.
What is a PSEE?
The Personal Sexual Enrichment/ Education (PSEE) is a low-cost, self-help program based on the SAR (Sexual Attitude Restructuring) program developed by the National Sex Forum in San Francisco. It is a simple step-by-step process to open you up to all the possibilities of sexuality; enhance your senses; and give you joy, pleasure and freedom to feel. PSEE has a unique combination of information and experience which has enabled many women and men to develop a solid basis for making decisions regarding their sexuality and to have a more comfortable feeling about their total sexual selves.
What do you do at PSEE?
Your PSEE process begins with an individual assessment with a skilled sexuality educator. This is followed by four group sessions where at home and in class exercises are carried out and discussed. These exercises involve different aspects of ourselves; our breathing, our body movements, all of our senses, our emotions, our attitudes towards ourselves and others, our communication with partners, our sexual identity. In addition, PSEE uses sexually explicit media to facilitate the change and expand sexual attitudes and actions.
Who should attend PSEE?
Anybody who is sexual and seeks to enrich their sex life should attend a PSEE. Contact us for more details.
